Profile

Practitioners of the IT Application Development profession primarily focus on providing high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing software applications. Associates are expected to design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications.
Top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. J2EE Developer / Technical Lead
2.Develop, support, and maintain web-based applications using J2EE development framework
3. Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to standards
4. Lead other developers in an agile environment
5. Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Strong technical background to troubleshoot environmental issues.
7.Evaluate and provide technical solutions to complex application development problems.
8.File Net 4.5 and above knowledge is desired.
