Profile

Lead SWE in QA needed for direct hire position in Seattle. Minimum 8 years of software quality assurance experience including leading junior software engineers in quality assurance process implementation. Strong proficiency with modern software quality methodologies. Knowledgeable of SQL and web based programming languages. Experience in automated testing methods, frameworks and tools such as JUnit, NUnit, SOAPUI, LOADUI. Experience in continuous integration tools using source control system (Git/SVN/Mercurial with Bamboo/CruiseControl/Hudson). Strong knowledge in internet protocols with a complete, hands-on understanding of browser technologies and tools (Profiler, Fiddler and Internet Protocols). Experience using application lifecycle management tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of initiative and strong capability of multitasking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience and understanding in iterative/agile delivery methodology. Some travel required occasionally.
