We are looking for a MAC/Windows Support Consultant.
The position is with our biggest client in Menlo Park or San Francisco!
Mac or Apple Certified is a real plus

-Provides basic troubleshooting assistance and resolution for staff within a Windows and Macintosh environment
-Resolve issues in the areas of software and hardware installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance.
-Ability to troubleshoot network port / wireless connectivity issues.
-Effectively prepare computer and phone for new hires while managing inventory
-Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be familiar with:
-Windows Vista / XP, OSX 10.6 / 10.7
-Office 2010 / 2007, 2011 (Mac)
