We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate with one to three years of experience to join our Denver Marketing team located downtown. This individual will become an integral part of JLL's local marketing team and work on creative projects to develop and deliver differentiated marketing strategies, messages and materials.
The Marketing Associate assists the team with the development and delivery of marketing products including proposals and pitch materials; supports our content marketing efforts by creating new materials; and collaborates with the rest of our marketing team to realize initiatives including client events, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables. This person will need to be able to multi-task and work adeptly with multiple stakeholders on a variety of initiatives ranging from writing to graphic design.
Collaborate with local and national marketing teams to complete targeted brand marketing initiatives and support said with content development, copywriting and copyediting (materials may include: advertisements, brochures, case studies, direct mail/e-mail campaigns, award applications, internal marketing materials, websites, social media, etc.)
With input of managers, help develop and implement promotions strategies to enhance exposure in the marketplace. Support development and delivery of external events for key client and target market segments. Support delivery of JLL LA's internal communications and employee engagement programs as appropriate.
Assist in development and execution of property marketing plans and budgets relating to local leasing assignments. Work with graphic design team to create and produce subsequent marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, email blasts, websites, etc.). Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and project manager for the leasing teams.
Innovate and drive the creation of new business materials that reflect JLL's brand while addressing specific clients' needs. Initiate and lead discussions with internal clients to drive a strategic approach to new business opportunities.
Assist with the development of customized content to support key sales messaging at the new business pursuit level.
Project manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients. Ensure strict adherence to quality control methods required for the production of quality work product
Maintain / update project database of information to ensure information is properly tracked, recorded and used
Maintain a library of standard, user-friendly templates for key service lines for use by internal clients / administrative staff in business development.
Assist with updates to a centralized library of standard corporate content (e.g. corporate statistics, boilerplate, case studies, process, service brochures, etc.)
Maintain an internal client-facing best-in-class library of creative marketing materials/approaches. Track the results of and collect feedback for new business pursuits
Assist with the development and assembly of Internal and external communications, proposals and pitch books
Collaborate with local and regional senior leadership to craft internal meeting content. Serve as a liaison between administrative support and marketing team. In addition to fielding day-to-day requests, assist with and participate in the development of formalized administrative training.
Proofreading final versions of proposal and pitch books
Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign
2 years in a corporate marketing, agency or real estate environment (or equivalent experience)
Basic HDML and CSS knowledge preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing and graphic design or equivalent experience
Proficient using Microsoft Office 365
Strong project management skills and experience managing multi-stage processes that require technical input from others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a positive work attitude
Strong proofreading / editing skills and sound sense of graphic design
Ability to work with tight deadlines in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities
Creative, big picture strategic thinker
Understanding of and experience with delivery of outstanding client service (internally and externally)
Exposure to the sales pursuit process (i.e., RFPs, presentations) a plus
