PMAUSA is a national insurance sales organization under Washington National, a CNO Financial Group company. We are seeking a highly motivated National Recruiting Manager.
Reporting to the Director of PMA Recruiting, the National Recruiting Manager is responsible for sourcing, recruiting (interviewing and selection), and closing of Insurance Agent and management-level candidates for PMA field sales organizations. This position is responsible for supporting recruiting activities by training PMA field managers on effective sourcing, recruiting (interviewing), and closing techniques. Also, the position is responsible for the sourcing and interviewing of State Manager (SM) candidates in defined areas where no SM exists agent candidates
This position will travel frequently based on business need to schedule and conduct interviews Minimum 75% travel required. Candidates will work remotely. Prefer candidates based in Dallas/ Fort Worth area.
Establishment of referral sources for agent and management candidates
Development of new sources for agent and management candidates
Participate in career fairs, attend industry association gatherings and search Internet sites offering potential sourcing opportunities
Conduct formal training sessions with PMA field organizations on effective sourcing/recruiting techniques
Provide informal coaching at all levels of field sales organizations on effective sourcing/recruiting techniques
Will participate in development of field travel schedule to ensure timely activities tied to recruiting goals.
Will participate in the establishment of monthly and quarterly new recruit objectives
Ability to travel 75% of the time
Bachelors degree in business preferred
Technical / professional recruiting experience preferred
4 years experience recruiting sales professionals required
Effective interpersonal communication skills
