Job Title: Division Manager, HSE

SUMMARY:

Oversees and manages general compliance with the Company’s quality, safety, health and environmental programs across

a division (multiple regions). This position may have supervisory responsibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:

? Participates and actively contributes to the development and maintenance of HSE policies, documents,

organizational procedures, operational goals and targets related to Occupational Health, Workplace Safety,

Environmental Protection, and Crisis Preparedness.

? Provides technical support and guidance to region(s) and/or division, district management and HSE personnel.

? Develops and implements strategies to prevent and minimize workplace injuries/illness.

? Leads investigations in the region and/or division related to fatalities or life altering incidents and incorporates

lessons learned into corporate programs.

? Ensures integrity and implementation of HSE, SMS and risk management related processes in the region(s) and/or

division.

? Gathers HSE and KPI performance data and utilizes information to develop continuous improvement.

? Maintains up-to-date compliance and HSE readiness assessments by performing or sponsoring various types of

audits and assessments.

? Communicates with other regional, service line and corporate HSE leaders and resources to ensure best practices.

? Participates and actively contributes to the development of an annual HSE strategic initiatives plan.

? Trains and develops region/division/district-level management and HSE personnel by providing technical and

organizational (safety culture) training, guidance, advise, and mentoring.

? Works closely with Service Line HSE and Division/Region/District Management to insure that agreed upon

CAPA(Corrective&Preventative Actions) are properly addressed and supported with adequate resources in a

timely manner.

? Consults and communicates with all levels of stakeholders.

? Coordinates and communicates with relevant authorities on HSE issues.

? Other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

Education/ Experience

? High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

? Minimum two years experience in related (non-supervisory) position required.

? Advanced education or technical experience may be substituted for experience requirement.

? Previous supervisory experience preferred.

? Previous experience in oil and gas services industry preferred.

Language Skills

? Advanced public speaking and presentation skills; must be able to clearly communicate ideas and information

throughout all levels in the organization in English.

Computer Skills

? Must be able to use a Windows-based personal computer.

Certifications/ Licenses

? AHA Certified CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor preferred.

? OSHA 10 Hour and 30 Hour General Industry and 10 Hour and 30 Hour Construction preferred.

Other Technical Skills

? Familiar with and able to analyze and interpret OSHA, DOT, BOEM/BSEE, NCR, EPA and other related Code of

Federal Regulations (CFR sections).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

? This position may be required to complete a functional test quantifying the physical requirements for the essential

functions of the position.

? Employee must be physically able to perform all essential job functions required in this position, with or without

a reasonable accommodation.

? While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, stand,

reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, talk and smell.

? Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

? May be required to wear or use a respirator.

OTHER QUALIFICATONS:

? Complies with all Company Quality Management System Standards, Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions.

? Supports the CES Quality Policy Statement.

? Performs all work in accordance with established RPC and Company specific Policies, Procedures and Work

Instructions.

? Performs duties within established standards and customer requirements.

? May work in an office, shop or warehouse environment.

? May be required to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.

? May be required to work outside assigned District location to support internal and external customers.
