Operations & Compliance Manager – Job Description
Important Information: Program Management type role; Ideal applicant would be a mix of Technical and Non-Technical with proficiencies in FileMaker and Mac. Person should be comfortable working in a Technical type environment.
Role
Reports to the Agency Workflow Manager and manages the ECS technology request process along with the technology planning and compliance processes. Supports the Macintosh Support Team (MST) relationship. Will conduct the activities of the role in such a manner as to ensure user delight and sustained results for continued growth and profitability for ECS. This role interacts with all Agency Functions.
Key Responsibilities
(Functions of the role)
• Maintains the MST relationship in support of Agency requests for Mac related issues
o Ensures project plans & schedules are created and followed
o Assigns tasks to appropriate resources
o Manages projects within schedule & budget constraints
• Manages FileMaker iWant requests as follows:
o New hardware
o New software/fonts
o New server share
o Workflow application changes
o Technology projects (involving non-FileMaker solutions)
o Technology questions
• Efficiently identifies and solves project issues
• Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk

Requirements
• Average 5-10 years of project management or supervisory experience - MUST see on resume
• Average 3 years experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes (Must have strong working knowledge on both Mac and PC.) - MUST see on resume
• File Maker experience - MUST see on resume
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Sound judgment and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving, time management & organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team or work individually
