Oracle Business Analyst
Starkey has major initiatives involving our Oracle E-Business Suite
and we need a Business Analyst who has the expertise in iStore and Order Management (OM)
modules to help us achieve our goals.
With 22 facilities in more than 18 countries around the globe, Starkey Hearing Technologies is an industry leader in hearing instrument manufacturing. We are currently seeking a full-time, Oracle Business Analyst to be located at our International Headquarters located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Briefly stated this position reports directly to the IT Manager of Worldwide Business Systems and includes acting as a liaison between IT and the internal business customers and global partners. We are currently in a growth spurt, working on implementing r12 and adding a lot of new features from the ground up. With direct access to the VP of IT we do not have a lot of bureaucracy or regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to influence change and have a significant impact on our business.
To be considered qualified the candidate should have a solid background in Oracle iStore modules. But even more, we are seeking a leader who is likes to drive change and interact with C level managers. In addition, we offer a good work / life balance with the understanding that happy employees are productive employees.
Education & Experience
Four-year degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
One to three years experience related to implementing and supporting Oracle applications required.
One to two years of training skills desired.
Prior experience with Ad Hoc query tools desired, SQL Navigator and Oracle Discover preferred.
Knowledge
Problem solving Requirements gathering Oracle E-business suite.
Planning and prioritize Must have a working knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
General knowledge of SQL preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a plus.
