For more information, please visit ****We’re looking to hire a PeopleSoft Developer for a contract position with our client located in Downtown Detroit, Michigan.
What You Will Do
Be a part of a team assisting the HR Systems Group which works on the applications that support the Human Resources processes. These applications include PeopleSoft HCM, ELM and CRM.
Must have experience with PeopleSoft HCM application development 9.0 or higher ( preferably Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Workforce Administration, Recruiting, AWE Workflow, Integration Broker and Interface Development. Business Skills)
Development and Maintenance of HRMS applications
Will be expected to train, teach and mentor fellow programmers
Will be asked to work on and comply with corporate governance and compliance issues including but not limited to:
• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Family Education Rights and Privacy (FERPA) • Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB) • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA)
Skills You Will Need
Mandatory Skills:
7 years of expereince with People Tools/People Code/Component Interfaces/Application Engine/ Application Designer/ Application Messaging/ Workflow AWE.
7 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM application development 9.0 or higher.
Desired Skills:
5 years of expereince with HTML/SQL/Oracle DBA SQL Server/SQL Developer/RDBMS Modeling & Design/Unix/ ETL/ Oracle Service Bus.
Some experience with Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Workforce Administration, Recruiting, AWE Workflow, Integration Broker and Interface Development and Business Skills.
