The candidate will manage clinical cases utilizing case management software (currently CLIO); train clinic interns and faculty on the use of case management software; perform IP Clinic related duties for the US Patent and Trademark Office including tracking patent and trademark applications; create reports; research legal issues and/or public records; coordinate discovery processes; create family law documents for pro se litigants; point of contact with clerks of court and other court personnel; opposing and collaborative counsel, clinic interns, clients. Other duties include assisting attorneys with substantive matters during student academic breaks, file legal documents; staff the clinic courthouse office.
