Part-time Head Representative - Bar Review
The candidate will lead efforts on their law school campus to generate new referrals and new Bar review sales and increase the overall interest in Bar Review programs through the execution of grassroots sales and marketing efforts at their campuses. Will work closely with the Regional Director to create and execute weekly and monthly plans to increase enrollments and opportunities on their campus. Coordinate Student Representatives on campus, such as by organizing: tabling and table sign-ups, distribution of promotional and marketing materials, efforts to identify and communicate with students on own campus. Plan, manage and execute promotional events to increase enrollments and sales conversion. Foster strong and professional relationships with administrators, faculty, and student organizations to maximize sales and enrollment opportunities. Serve as a Bar Review expert in assigned products through continual product knowledge training and development. Recruit, sign up and coordinate Student Representatives on law school campus per the number requested by the Regional Director. Complete all necessary administrative duties accurately and timely as required (i.e. tracking Referral Points, reports, agreements, etc.). Maintain current records and timely communicate all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities within their assigned market. Should be a 2L or 3L law student in good standing at the law school. Must have excellent presentation and public speaking ability and strong interpersonal sales skills. Should have strong project and event planning skills. Excellent communication and reporting skills are required.
