POSITION PROFILE (This position will be aligned with the western half of the U.S. and needs to be supported out of the Central or Western Region.)

The Partner Executive is a thought leader who will have significant interaction with C-level executives within an assigned account base in the Manufacturing Vertical. This role is a key strategic sales partner working directly with strategic and enterprise clients (approx 50) within an assigned industry to develop account an specific strategy and roadmap resulting in long-term lucrative business partnerships (for both Ricoh and the client).

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate and expand relevant strategic relationships with C-level executives.

Lead business discussions in assigned accounts to gain clear understanding of clients' strategic priorities (i.e. multi-year plan) resulting in positive customer engagement.

Lead joint business planning process in partnership with the client.

Build strategic account roadmap for the client (leverage industry roadmap) resulting in deeper penetration into the account.

Develop and set account specific strategies (18-36 Months) in partnership with the client.

Coordinates the execution of strategy thru Client Executive and course corrects as needed.

Actively inspects and guides aligned Client Executive's to ensure the strategy is being advanced.

Responsible for profitable growth of accounts, contract retention and expansion, and addition of services.

Develops a strong understanding of Ricoh's organizational model and comfortably navigates and engages senior leaders in escalations and executive engagement to advance the strategy with strategic accounts.

Clearly articulates Ricoh's position in the industry and value to the client.

Contributes the voice of client and industry; actively engages with industry lead to prioritize and influence the portfolio roadmaps.

May conduct industry specific focus groups with assigned account base; providing value feedback to Industry and Domain Strategists.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Bachelor degree required, Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.

15 years sales experience.

Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or strategy consulting required.

Experienced with working at executive level (C-Suite) in F1000 companies.

Business development experience focused to the Manufacturing Vertical required.

Proven track record of successful negotiation for impactful, complex deals, including relationship management.
