PeopleSoft Financials Lead

Profile

IBM Global Business Services is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Lead. This person is responsible for successful delivery of PeopleSoft Financials deliverables to clients on PeopleSoft engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The PeopleSoft Financials Lead will provide functional and configuration knowledge & manage client relationships within context of the individual role. Responsibilities include leading a team of consultants who are documenting requirements and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of PeopleSoft implementation projects. Candidates should have led teams on at least 2 full life cycles with some hands-on configuration experience in multiple modules. Candidates need to have experience in 2 or more modules (GL, AP, PO, AM, AR). Preferred candidates will also have Oracle Business Intelligence design experience.
Position requires 100% travel.
Required
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years experience in a team lead or project manager position on a PeopleSoft Financials implementation
* At least 3 years experience in Functional (hands on implementation experience) with PeopleSoft applications version 9.1
* English: Fluent
Preferred
* At least 5 years experience in a team lead or project manager position on a PeopleSoft Financials implementation
* At least 2 years experience in delivering orals presentations
* At least 5 years experience in Functional (hands on implementation experience) with PeopleSoft applications version 9.1
NOTE: This role can be located in any large metropolitan US City.
