The Role:

You'll be working in one of the busiest, most dynamic parts of the company where the pace is fast and furious. We're looking for someone who can wear many hats, but at the same time stay grounded. We need someone who can own things end to end and not be afraid to jump right in and contribute. Responsibility is earned, but once you're proven your abilities, the amount of responsibility you own is up to you. Be the voice of the fan and make the experience the best it can be.

Responsibilities

Ability build rapport with team members, peers, and external stakeholder

High level of accountability

Proven ownership and track record of successful products (and learnings from unsuccessful launches)

Get it done attitude - must be able to solve problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements

Ability to understand the customer and see things from others' point of view

Strong user experience and design knowledge

Analytical and strong business acumen - must be able to make decisions based on data

Ability to manage and set expectations internally and externally

Create product stories, prioritize and maintain backlog, guide dev team through dev cycle for feature stories

Provide domain knowledge support to dev team(s) and other product/program managers

Provide day-to-day event support to dev teams(s) and troubleshoot production

Manage and verify releases, communicate status updates to stake holders

Manage A/B testing requests and reports
