Duties: Researches, designs, and implements continuing judicial education programs. Identifies and recruits judicial, medical, legal, and other professional faculty, performing background verifications. Develops faculty, giving feedback and suggestions based on course evaluations. Edits faculty-provided materials or articles, ensuring accuracy of all information. Drafts revised course curricula as necessary based upon evaluations and assessed effectiveness, ensuring appropriateness with mission. Ensures efficient execution of courses and special projects, traveling as necessary. Collaborates and coordinates with other judicial education organizations to implement other judicial education programs. Assists in educational program development. Assists in marketing plan to promote college. Establishes relationships with state judicial educators and other stakeholders to build business relationships. Develops program and grant budgets. Directs grant projects. Researches and drafts grant concept papers and applications. Ensures deliverables of grant projects are met. Writes requests for continuation, quarterly and final reports for grant projects. Continually upholds the values of courage, integrity, commitment, respect, and excellence. Assists with determination of instructor, resource persons, and faculty fees. Negotiates contracts with other judicial educational organizations and funding agencies. Assists in all areas of academic and special projects.
