Digital-X is an established IT consulting and staff augmentation services company with offices in Sunnyvale in USA and Bangalore in India. We provide professional contract services of qualified hardware and software engineers to our clients all over USA as well as undertake complete projects on Offsite or Offshore development basis.
Presently, we need a Product Readiness- Program Manager
for one of our client, which is a large company in San Jose. This is for a long term contract 6-12 months or as long as client needs the services. The job specifications are given below:
Required Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS degree, plus 3-5 years-related experience in Project or Program Management
- PMP Certification is desired
- ITIL certification preferred
- Experienced in Agile release methodology
- Strong business and data analysis skills
- In depth knowledge of the standard Project Lifecycle phases, tollgates, key deliverables, responsibilities
- Experience in customer support environment and operations experience
- Expert knowledge of customer support processes, methodologies, and standards
- Ability to liaise with teams, leaders, and individual contributors with fluidity
- Proven track record influencing management and individual contributors with or without authority
