TestPros seeks a Senior Program Manager with 10 years of experience managing and monitoring Information Technology projects for large commercial enterprise and/or federal government programs. Program Manager candidates must be U.S. Citizens, must be Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, and will provide on-site support. Specific Program Manager Requirements:
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project .
Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others. Should have a Master's degree from an accredited university and have a minimum of ten plus years of experience in their field of specialization or equivalent knowledge and expertise obtained through verifiable on-the-job experience.
