Job Role:
To be responsible for leading the performance testing team of the involving testing a product with 900 features developed using Microsoft Technology stack (C# DOTNET-IIS- 3.5) with functionalities such as Claims administration & Policy administration & Risk management.
Skills Required:
8 years of test management experience with at least 5 years experience of independently managing large test projects &
steer the Performance Testing & Engineering team to utilize diagnostic and monitoring tools, detect, isolate, and resolve performance issues throughout the technology stack i.e., DotNet- Silverlight-HTML5, MidTier (MQ, Tuxedo etc), Oracle/DB2/Mainframes etc.
Strong experience in Performance testing preferably with HP LoadRunner and hands on with VuGen scripting.
Should have good project management, Presentation skills & lead Management reporting, status reporting efforts of the various test projects.
Solid experience in Test estimations, Budgeting, Defect management & configuration management
Advance knowledge (Working experience) in Industry standard Performance Testing tools & Exposure to any of the Profiling tools (JProbe, JProfiler, ANTS etc.) is a must..
Thorough Knowledge on Midrange (Webservers, App Servers, DB Servers) & reading IIS and JSON error logs.
Drive research & development of high performing reusable components and solution accelerators leading to Productivity & Efficiency improvement of Performance Testing & Engineering team
Skills and resource management, together with an ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these in well-designed testing programs.
