Amazon seeks an experienced Quality Analyst superstar to be part of a centralized Enterprise Risk and Compliance team (ERMC). Amazon has a diverse set of global businesses, and each business has some level of compliance requirements across multiple areas, including Payments, Trade, Human Resources, Tax, Social Responsibility, and others. While the responsibility for maintaining compliance is with the individual business areas, the investigation teams will ensure that an effective compliance program is in place to validate that each business has identified their regulatory responsibilities and established effective processes, controls and self-testing to understand current status of compliance and identify gaps. The ERMC quality team will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of investigators work is excellent.Quality Analyst, will be responsible to monitor and ensure the accuracy of investigation teams through audits and process improvement activities. The job involves auditing the operations teams, finding trends based on audit output, aggregating audit data based on findings, identifying root cause, working with Operations team and Support Engineers/Developers to fix errors and prevent recurrence of the identified errors. The quality analyst should be able to analyze and provide objective, actionable feedback based on the trend surfaced, support in process improvements and report on the emerging trends of the process performance. He/she will be the first point of contact for process related queries for associates within the team and will also work on business and stakeholder correspondence. He / She will be responsible to audit, track and maintain the quality metrics. The individual will interact with the Operations teams to achieve the operational and business goals assigned.
Basic QualificationsIn addition to English, must also be fluent both in writing, reading, and translating 1 of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese.Bachelor's Degree 2 years experience QA Processes.2 years of experience in Quality concepts 2 years of proficient experience MS-Excel functions including (VBA).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in working in a compliance capacity.
Advanced analytic background.
Has problem solving skills and attention to details.
Has an eye for detail and data accuracy skills.
Has statistical knowledge on averages, trend, outliers, charting, etc. would be an advantage.
Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
Has the ability to deliver results by influencing team members.
