Position Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Bilingual Coordinator, you will support the Customer Care Department with conducting a planned, systematic approach of quality assurance to identify key functional and regulatory weaknesses within the department. In this Quality Coordinator role, you will monitor, report, and produce opinions on the process quality and compliance for the Medicare D (Med D) Costumer Care Department. You will provide recommendations for efficient and sustainable solutions to issues within the Med D Department.

In the Quality Assurance Coordinator role you will:

Oversee plan practices, standards, methodologies and metrics

Ensure operational efficiency and government regulations

Build reports and give presentations on quality metrics

Work collaboratively across departments to ensure quality standards are met

Travel required up to 15%

Required Qualifications:

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

1 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suites

Preferred Qualifications:

1 years of Call Center Experience

Previous experience in a health insurance or medical field and/or background in the quality assurance/control environment preferred

Strong problem solving skills, time management and organizational skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret Standard

Operating Procedures

Ability to communicate in a professional demeanor and maintain high confidentiality standards

Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization

Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and direct the work of others to meet deadlines

Ability to apply root cause analysis

Education:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
