Job Description for
As a receptionist, you could be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people throughout the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Field internal and external customer inquiries to Parts, Service, and Sales Departments.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately whether in person or telephone;
Answer, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed;
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc;
Cash drawer duties;
Accounts receivable and/or Accounts payable experience a plus.
Customer Service focused and friendly phone etiquette.
Organized and highly motivated to assist with a variety of tasks.
Computer skills as well as experience in Word and Excel.
High integrity, loyal, team player, organized and highly motivated
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to work a varying work schedule/shift and be flexible
Multitasking effectively a must as well as staying organized and able to operate under stress.
Dedicated, Dependable, and Flexible
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
