Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Atlanta

We are seeking a proven, strategic sales leader as a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth within our new and existing customer base. This individual will be responsible for generating revenue growth and achieving individual, team and organizational quotas. They will also be a valuable contributor to the regional sales strategy, leading implementation and driving execution to achieve corporate objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a solid business-to-business application sales and management history.

Responsibilities:

Regional leader whose primary objectives are to exceed territory growth, revenue quota, organizational health and customer satisfaction goals

Grow and develop a team of qualified sales professionals with high potential and a proven track record of success

Lead and manage a high performance, customer focused team of Account Executives to deliver customer business value and solid customer relationships

Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/development

Help grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption, and successful deployment of Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience, with a proven track record of leading a team in a technology sales environment

3-5 years of sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles

Previous Sales Methodology training

CRM experience

Strong, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment

Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions

Strong customer references

4-year BA/BS Degree required or equivalent practical experience
