Our client has an immediate need for permanent full-time experienced SAP HR Managers with expertise in Compensation. You must have at least 4-6 years SAP HR configuration and implementation experience, with specific experience in HR compensation. You must have at least 3 - 4 full life cycles as well as experience managing large scale SAP HR implementations through full life cycle. Management experience should include managing large teams, managing concurrent projects, budget, timeline and talent acquisition responsibilities. SuccessFactors or Workday experience are helpful but not necessary. Prefer prior experience in large consulting firm. Prefer work experience as permanent full-time employee. Must be willing to travel Monday to Thursday.
You may live anywhere for this position (within commuting distance to major airport). You do not need to live in or relocate to Dallas. Northeast, southeast, Midwest, south central, pacific coast locations are all acceptable
Our client will consider transferring an existing H1b visa with at least 2 1/2 years left.
