Aaron’s, connect with us today!  Job DutiesPersonally support every customer to Own it.  Manage the overall sales functions of the store—inside & outside

salesDrive sales by building authentic customer relationshipsSet and achieve weekly and monthly sales goalsGenerate new business by developing and implementing community

marketing strategiesConfirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer

signatures on lease agreementsReview and close lease agreements as directed by the store manager Store OperationsAssist store manager with inventory regularlyPerform routine service calls and product exchanges Assist store manager with product ordering, including planning for

future sales, events & stock balancing Customer Care and SatisfactionEnsure execution of Aaron’s customer service programProvide outstanding service and promptly resolve customer concernsAssist in product staging, and warehouse maintenance Ensure showroom floor is merchandisedMaintain the store’s warehouse in a neat and orderly mannerMonitor and ensure efficient operation of the cleaning station in the

warehouse Additional DutiesClean and certify merchandise in the cleaning center for all items

personally returnedAdditional responsibilities as directed by management Position RequirementsTwo years of college or two years of previous management experienceGood communication and interpersonal relationship skillsPosition routinely requires lifting &

loading up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of
