In the exciting role of Sales Project Manager, Single Use Technologies, you will be a hands-on project manager coordinating various technical customer projects for Pall Corp’s line of single use mixing systems (capital equipment), consumables, and related services. The role will comprise of supporting an Americas Single Use Technologies Sales Territory, being the key customer interface for single use systems builds and custom projects, and assisting in facilitating commercial activities to drive business in this rapidly growing biotechnology market. Responsibilities: Provide consultation and feasibility analyses of custom product manufacturing projects. Direct and coordinate the multidisciplinary project team representing the relevant functions throughout the organization – including Sales, Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, Regulatory and any other disciplines deemed necessary to ensure project success. As the single point of contact for customized commercial projects, the Single Use Technology Project Manager is responsible for keeping customers, sales, and internal stakeholders informed of the project progress from initiation to completion. Ensure delivery of the project, on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by our customers. Oversee the product manufacturing projects and maintain project plans from concept through product delivery. Hold project team members accountable for meeting their time lines. Answer technical questions from customers and the sales team about Pall Corp’s single use technology product offerings and development services. Project tracking and documentation of all technical and commercial decisions throughout the project while handling multiple competing tasks requires outstanding organization, prioritization, negotiation, and communication skills. Solid financial skills are needed in order to provide overall project revenue, cost, and margin analysis while also providing cost calculations, technical support, pricing, and quotations for the projects.
