Responsibilities:

Increase customer retention and service adoption through outbound sales initiatives on our two main retail sites: ****and ****
Meeting and maintaining sales/performance goals.
Utilize customer service skills to listen to customer needs, suggest best products and services and foster relationships with existing eNomcentral.com and Bulkregister.com customer base..
Work closely with customer base to ensure that they are successful using our web services.
Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.

 Requirements:

2-4 years prior sales and account management experience.
4 year degree preferred but not required.
Prior phone sales experience and familiarity with internet terms and web services preferred.
Ability to explain technical products and web related services to customers ranging from limited to advanced technical knowledge, a plus. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
Demonstrated passion for customer service
