Enterprise Data and Applications is looking for a Salesforce Scrum team member to help us implement Salesforce enterprise capabilities. In this role, you will use your Salesforce knowledge to help support and implement the capabilities needed by multiple business partners across the organization. Previous experience with Salesforce is required.
We are looking for an IT professional with this background who can help drive out the implementations as well as collaborate to identify enterprise solutions that further enrich our Salesforce ecosystem. You will need to be flexible and adaptable. Flexible in that you are comfortable playing various roles within the team as needed. And, adaptable in that learning and growing are key as is a willingness to do what it takes.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining “equivalent work experience”)
Minimum of 1 year working in Salesforce (strongest candidates will have both Salesforce Admin experience and technical exposure to Salesforce)
2 years of experience working with Agile/lean methods (strongest candidates will have experience working on self-organizing agile teams)
Nice to have skills (but not required):
Willingness to experiment with various team roles
Able to develop expertise through training on software platform capabilities and conducting software testing
Must be highly collaborative to be successful in this role
Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to help guide others through change
Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
