We arelooking for the following education, skills and experiences:
Bachelor’sDegree with a major in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
2or more years of Accounting and/or Finance experience
Identify,interpret and analyze potential accounting risks and issues
Understandingof and ability to apply accounting and financial reporting standards (GAAP)
Demonstratedability to meet goals and objectives under a stringent timeline
Demonstratedproblem solving and analytical abilities
Demonstratedability to work with a high level of initiative
Identifyand drive process improvements
Stronginterpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
Strongoral and written communications skills
Highlyproficient personal computer skills and technology driven
We prefer ifyou also have:
2 or more years of Big 4 or Regional firm publicaccounting experience, including public company experience
