As a member of the professional staff, contributes general knowledge and skill in a discipline area with strong experiences in both Frontend and Backend technologies to support team and/or department objectives. Works under general supervision or within well-established guidelines to complete routine tasks.
-Frontend Technologies (recommended experience):

Specific Job Summary
Primary Objective:
Perform application analysis, program design, programming and implementation to solve a clients business-application needs as well as ongoing production support skills for more complex, multiple technology systems.
Scope:
Responsible for analyzing any modification, new requirement or production instability for a complete application
Supports existing systems and small system development projects
Assumes the on-call function as required
Expected Contributions
Performs the following types of basic tasks: analysis, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, programming, research, report generation, and software integration.
Responds to, solves and makes decisions on standard/routine business requests with limited risk.

Specific Expected Contributions
Key Accountabilities:
Works with clients in support of applications by interpreting clients needs into program requirements and detailed specifications under IR SDLC guidelines
Evaluates programming alternatives and recommends solutions that best meets clients needs and conforms to Company standards and processing environment
Prepares detailed specifications for translation into structured application programs conforming to established Information Resources (IR) SDLC methodology and standards
Designs the systems test requirements to ensure fail safe integration of a program into a production system
Will write code, test and debug programs for custom/packaged systems under IR guidelines
Organizes and conducts systems integration tests with other IR teams as required
Performs 2
nd
level support as required, establishing the urgency of the problem with the client and keeps the client informed of progress
Writes and/or revises program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guides in accordance with IR guidelines and client needs utilizing documentation version control
Major Decision Making Impact:
Makes recommendations to the client based on analysis work regarding the best option for a client requirement within the context of the affected business process and systems impact if it does not lend to an efficient and effective translation into detailed specifications
Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations

Successful candidates should possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills as follows:
Usually a professional position with general knowledge in disciplines of both frontend and backend web based development for a high transaction ecommerce focused site. College degree and/or related experience typically required.
