Responsibilities
* Design and develop software solutions for systems and systems management components. Analyze high level requirements, write design documents and implement the solutions.* Evaluate performance of product features - tune or re-evaluate designs and implementations.* Work well in a team environment and coordinate development with other software teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or in a related field, or equivalent work experience. Master's degree is preferred* Seven plus years of professional experience. Proven ability to deliver products with highest quality and on time.* Good C programming skill is required. Experience with OS kernels, distributed systems, cloud technologies, network virtualization and network management applications are desirable.* Mastery of standard data structures and algorithms, and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies are required.* Knowledge and expertise in software engineering methodologies and effective unit testing required.* Must have the ability to work independently while exhibiting strong technical leadership across functional teams.
