Profile

Sharepoint 2010 Portal Architect with client facing pre-sales experience:
Prefer 6-10 years experience in Sharepoint.
This role will participate in pre-sales engagement, with clients who are migrating to, implementing for the first time, or expanding the usage of Sharepoint 2010. The Architect must possess a full comprehension of the feature sets of the Sharepoint 2010 platform, how to size Sharepoint farm Infrastructure, how to assess and plan migration strategy for content, features and workflows, how to respond to client estimation/RFP/Proposal creation, and must be able to perform any heavy lifting during the initial stages of project start-ups.
* Business analysis around portal / intranet requirements and design
* Applied experience in analysis and design with MOSS 2007 and SP 2010 as an intranet, extranet, or .com platform
* Applied experience in designing web-based applications
* Applied customization of both MOSS and SP 2010 look-and-feel
1. SharePoint designer - interface development skills
2. Graphics design skills
3. XML / XSLT for modifying web part displays and web pages
* Web application management via MOSS 2007 Central Admin and SP 2010
* Configuring sites / site collections
* Configuring search scopes in MOSS 2007 and in SP 2010
* Experience in portal / intranet implementation on other platforms
* Installation and base configuration of MOSS 2007 and SP 2010, including appropriate service accounts for server and database (mostly infrastructure in nature)
* Solid understanding of implementing security groups within MOSS 2007 and in SP 2010, tied to AD or Keberos.
* Web part development in the .NET 3.0 - 4.0 Framework
* Experience in Sharepoint Search required and FAST Search Server highly desired.

- The ideal candidate will possess advanced certifications in either the Microsoft Content Mangement, and/or Portals and Collaboration competency
- Stonebridge will support and subsidize the achievement of any and all related certifications in the Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 domain.
- Participate in significant customer-facing activities around requirements gathering, reporting, proof-of-concept development, and demonstrations.
- Assist in documentation of user requirements.
- Prepare and present materials to customer and industry audiences related to Stonebridge Portals and Content Mangement capabilities.
- Add influence and produce deliverables related to the Stonebridge Way for conducting Portal and Content Mangement project activities.
