Client Reference Code: 203769JOB SUMMARYThe Spectrum Business Analyst Sales position is responsible for managing the successful development and execution of data-driven financial/sales goal reporting and data analysis for Spectrum Stores and Retail Partner leadership team. This position serves as a liaison to the Spectrum Store and Retail Sales business and leadership communities and provides technical solutions in support of business efforts to acquire new customers and enhance the existing customer experience. This position also manages retail data reporting tools and developing/delivery of reports designed to track and report retail sales trending information, sales goal data, department budgeting and forecasting, sales incentive results and field PMPs to both senior leadership and field management and ensure data integrity. The Spectrum Business Analyst Sales position also reviews and analyzes all department data and provide summary reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to department leadership. This position develops and executes plans to gain access to new sources of data for analysis and acts as liaison to IT on all sales data projects and database support issues.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the Retail Partner and Spectrum Store customer experiencePartners with Charter Compensation team in the development and execution of commission plans for Spectrum Stores and Retail Partner business, as well as the on-going management of any plan changesProvides system subject matter expertise and utilizes EDW, CSG, Synygy, CMT and Khalik programs for database management reportingLiaison to the Business Planning team in support of monthly financial reporting summaries and forecast trends related to department budget processProvides oversight of data management for Spectrum Stores and Retail Partners, including tracking, reviewing, analyzing and summarizing of monthly expenses, accruals, PO's and invoices. Provides visibility of this data to department leadershipIdentifies and communicates significant customer and revenue trends for the management team to assist in achievement of business sales goalsDevelops and distributes daily and monthly ad hoc sales performance tracking reports as required by Spectrum Store and Retail Partner leadership teamProvides data and recommendations for the development of company wide incentive programsTracks weekly results and provides final analysis data of program resultsProvides support to KMA management in monitoring and reporting on specific sales activity to assist in achievement of their local sales goalsProvides additional data analysis, forecasting and development of ad hoc reports as requiredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to extract data and write queriesAbility to analyze and interpret data from multiple sourcesAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyExpert technical knowledge of multiple software and databases (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word or CSG, Khalik, EDW and Synygy)Extensive knowledge of data analysis, and related functionsProficiency in preparing executive level reportsEducationBachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experienceRelated Work Experience Number Of YearsData analyst work experience 5-7PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of cable television industry WORKING CONDITIONCorporate Business EnvironmentJob Code : TWCSAN200 Business Analyst Sales Exempt 203769BR Additional Info Job Industries Sales & Marketing
