What Supply Chain Inventory contributes to Cardinal Health
Supply Chain inventory is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems; supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes; and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Demonstrates working knowledge of universally accepted inventory management concepts and applicable SOPs
Independently analyzes customer demand
Complies with SOPs and recommends possible changes
Utilizes necessary systems to perform required tasks, displaying intermediate computer skills
Completes tasks related to procuring finished goods and understands the implications of those decisions
Communicates and works with the field sales team and has customer interaction

ccountabilities in this role
The Senior Analyst is responsible for all plant material status and Service Level review and reporting for select distribution centers in the Midwest Region.
Primary point of contact role for the sales and service teams regarding supply chain nventory performance, reporting, and issue resolution.
Accountable for maintaining a 99% adjusted fill rate within the customer portfolio, by working with dedicated Expeditors, and monitoring inventory levels, and excess inventory.
Primary Regional point of contact role for the sales and service teams regarding inventory performance, reporting,and issue resolution.
Support strategic customer accounts with process optimization, customized ad hoc reporting, service level reporting & analysis, and stocking strategy analysis
Creation and management of inventory metric reporting and scoreboard for inventory team and strategic customer accounts
Support inventory-based training initiatives for inventory team, sales, operations, and field service
Project management to improve customer experience (participation and facilitation)
Interact with corporate inventory, field inventory, field sales & customer service, suppliers, global sourcing, category management, and operations
Perform Implementation / De-Implementation customer accounts / Customer & Building Moves
Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office. access skills a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
