In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a curious self-starter, someone who understands the difference between urgent and important, with a passion for learning and extreme experimentation. You think strategically but are a doer and motivated by increasing responsibility, driving innovation and action using data as a foundation. You are able to extract the big picture through data modeling and analysis, and formulate robust viewpoints. This position also requires excellent presentation and communication skills with peers and leadership, not hesitating to challenge status quo with data-driven stories. Collaboration is a cornerstone to this role as you will work across multiple teams in marketing, product and services.\u00a0 You are a team player and highly accountable customer advocate with a strong work ethic and ability to flourish in ambiguity because you provide clarity with fact based analysis.\u00a0Digital Conversion, Digital Transformation KPIs, path analysis, behavior modeling and personalization are in your wheelhouse.
Bachelor in a quantitative discipline.\u00a0 Masters preferred
7 years' experience in Planning and Analysis functions
Track record of driving change in business through analysis
Essential experience in building models in excel to present business results
Previous experience analyzing across multiple disparate datasets
Expert in standard analytic tools such as Excel, SQL, R, SAS; Big Data manipulation experience preferred
Advanced Digital Analytics tools/experience (Adobe/Google Analytics)
Strong visualization skills are required as is the ability to put together a strong data narrative.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
Collaborative and results oriented
\u00a0PreferredMBA or Masters in a Quantitative or Business disciplinePrevious experience Digital Commerce, Loyalty/App Marketing or Care/Telesales preferredPrevious Hands-on experience with testing A/B/V strongly desired
Do the Math
Work with complex data structures, manipulate, cleanse data
Perform advanced analytics including pattern analysis, clustering and modeling, in order to generate insights that affect management behaviors to drive core outcomes
Harmonize between periodic performance analysis and strategic deep-dives, involving variety of analytics (descriptive/ reporting, inquisitive, predictive, prescriptive)

Keep solid grip on the business, from a data lens
Internalize the business and stay fully connected with the strategies and priorities
Structuring business problems into analytics frameworks
Understanding the business initiatives and customer experience goals; actively work towards insights and recommendations that help the internal team(s) deliver solutions to meet these goals
Constructing presentations and communicating complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner
