Job Responsibilities:

*Analyzes and evaluates the company's operating results and financial position. *Analyzes options for company improvement on expenses. *Performs product line profitability analyses. *Plans, develops, prepares, and maintains company's budgets. *Forecasts accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales projections, and expense projections. *Performs ad hoc projects as needed. *Performs monthly reporting duties for executive management review.

Basic Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in business or finance. *5+ years of experience. *Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills. *Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


*General knowledge of budgeting, cash management and financial analysis processes.

Results-Driven:  Having a proactive, goal oriented approach to decision making.


*Demonstrates a proactive and collaborative approach to troubleshooting and problem solving *Capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion *Can manage and inspire teams to perform above their expected level

Team Player: Having respect for colleagues; leading teams with clarity and accountability.


*Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization. *Accepts overall accountability. *Demonstrated ability to share knowledge and best practices with teammates.
