Requirements
8 years of experience in application development and system integration
Strong conceptual understanding of Java, Design patterns, SOA
Experience in one or more of the following SOA, BPEL, ESB, Camel, Apache CXF, Web
Services, JBoss Drools
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Experience applying software methodologies including object-oriented methods and tools,
and use of design tools based on the Universal Modeling Language (UML)
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project
members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
