Client Reference Code: 203629-1JOB SUMMARYThe Sr. Mgr, Analytics will be responsible for leading the definition of standards, policies, procedures and execution for the Credit Services organization, leveraging best practices from within and external to Charter, while ensuring an optimal customer experience. The senior manager will influence the operational design of Collections policy and process design/improvement, working with the leadership teams across all functions. The senior manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of Credit Services initiatives across the company, working across functional and business boundaries with Marketing, Sales, IT, Infrastructure and region partners. In addition, he or she will work with partners on projects, billing system enhancements/merges, standardization, Audit and Compliance. This role will contribute to Charter's success by helping to ensure business needs and goals are realized.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u2022 Actively engage with Director level leadership, specifically Operations, Sales, Care, and IT to define effective Collections policies to enhance revenue and PSU's while reducing losses.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience while supporting best practices across the company.\u2022 Lead high quality execution of key projects and standards.\u2022 Define, refine and deliver consistent regional Quality standards and process.\u2022 Act as primary liaison for Audit & Compliance, business continuity planning, platform integration.Legal/Financial Responsibilities:Requires adherence to Charter Standards of Business Conduct.
