Profile

Summary:
Designs, executes and supports software application designs through project life cycles within the IT architecture.
Responsible for developing and deploying integrated solutions aimed at enhancing, consolidating and coordinating the independently designed applications within and across the enterprises.
Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and documentation standards for application design and development.
Develop independent .NET based web applications, SharePoint website design, .NET web parts, and some Microsoft Dynamics SL.
Requires full technical knowledge and thorough understanding of business application, and will lead projects and/or assist in scheduling and coordinating of project deliverables.
Determines how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, Web interfaces and/or hardware logic, which may be currently operating on multiple platforms, work together to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements. Develops methods to efficiently reuse existing components.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Lead the design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation of programs.
Participates in component and data architecture design, software product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. May liaison with outside vendors to coordinate code development and acceptance.
Adheres to all company IT governance standards, policies, procedures and recommends updates to governance as the IT environment evolves.
Follows and advocates change management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
7-10 years experience
Must have SharePoint, SQL Server, .Net, ASP.Net, C#, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, WPF, WCF, Object Oriented Programming, Infopath, SharePoint Designer.
Microsoft Office Products
Software Development Lifecycle.
Software analysis and design.
Architectural best practices
Presentation skills and strong verbal communications.

Ability to work alone and occasionally in small teams.
Willingness to take ownership of problems and projects.
Familiarity with multiple development methodologies including: Agile Develo9pment using SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative.

Ability to stay ahead of technology, research new things, implement new ideas.
Ability to conduct and prepare feasibility studies, develop client proposals; including estimates for costs, time and resources, prepare statistical reports , and complete cost/benefit analysis.
Possesses expertise in process and data modeling, architectural development methodologies, IT planning methodologies and extensive knowledge of the enterprises business and decision-making processes.
Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Must exhibit initiative to bring project to fruition with minimal supervision.
Must be able to fulfill responsibilities after normal business hours when necessary.
Must have the ability to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously.
