We're looking for Sr. Network Engineer for a special project in Los Angeles region. Duration would be 6 months plus possible extension.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of technical network engineering experience in LAN/WAN, data center networking, and network security.
Professional-level knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Brocade hardware platforms and operating systems required.
Must be knowledgeable and have deployed networks using protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and IPSec in enterprise LAN, WAN, and data center network environments.
Experience implementing and using the FCAPS management model required.
Experience with network audits and evidence collection preferred.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to a team lead and/or chief architect, responsible to function independently to complete assigned tasks, provide updates, make design decisions (subject to review), and coordinate activities as necessary.
