Position Purpose: Enter and maintain various confidential employee information in the organization\u2019s computerized Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Responsible for accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of employee set ups, terminations and changes into the HRIS system
Receive and review source documents for accuracy and completeness and resolve inconsistent or inappropriate data
Perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity and comply with legal requirements and guidelines
Ensure personnel transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide support and available resources to employees for HRIS system issues
Assist in the development, testing, implementation, and support of new or modified systems
Audit and assist local HR representatives and employees with complex benefits questions and elections, related to new hire benefit enrollment and change of family statuses
Provide reports to payroll for retroactive benefits on a per pay period basis and coordinate with local HR to process paymentsEducation/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 5 years of Human Resources Information Systems experience.
