Sr. Systems Engineer – Citrix XenApp

In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing complex projects within the Virtual Desktop environment with a main competency within the CITRIX XenApp technology and will call upon experience with XenApp in a large enterprise environment as well as GPO deployment, AD integration, and all facets of Citrix product deployments, implementation, and maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities
Engineer the next generation Citrix XenApp environment within a large Enterprise
Provide XenApp Design, implement and optimize technology or process solutions
Provides technical leadership for design and engineering engagements for all aspects associated with Citrix technologies
Participate in the delivery of the technical architectural design, strategies and plans
Interface with customers, technology and business contacts
Qualifications
Designed and implemented XenApp 5.0 to 6.5 migration
Experience supporting a large-scale, multi-platform enterprise environment delivered via Citrix
Understands App-V deployment via Citrix
Competent with Persona Management Solutions (RES or AppSense)
Excellent communication skills using all forms of communications: written, verbal, social tools
Solid teamwork, interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and ability to communicate with customers, associates, and senior executives
