I am currently looking for a Business or Systems Analyst who has experience within a Marketing or Sales Technology area in a NYC Investment Firm. The right individual will have at least 8 years of experience as either a Business Analyst or as a Systmes Analyst, and a strong background in analysing data within a sales department of a trading organizaion.
Systems Analyst:
He or she will have a strong background with statistics, and a strong background in Business Process Flows. Knowledge of RFI and RFP vendor selection is also key to the job. Must have worked extensively with MS Office, as well as SQL.
Business Analyst:
The right individual will need to have experience in extracting information from the user community, including conducting JAD Sessions or doing prototyping for process flows, etc. He or she will also have the ability to define performance and scalability attributes, constraints, and other non-functional requirements.
