This position will be responsible for sourcing a variety of open positions to meet the increased business demands of our rapidly growing high-tech company. You will drive innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent for open positions, while building pipeline of candidates for future roles while working closely with the internal recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes at E*TRADE.
Partner with Recruiters to create and implement appropriate sourcing strategies
Execute sourcing strategies which includes cold calling, networking, identify applicant pools, database and CRM searches
Research and gather market intelligence with ability to understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities
Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, events, and pipelining efforts and crafting custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement
Qualify, and engage prospective candidates against critical roles
Conduct phone screens with applicants to ensure candidates referred to Recruiter meet minimum qualifications and are a cultural fit
Develop pipelines for future sourcing needs
Promote our employer brand both offline and online
Create a diverse candidate pipeline
Maintain ATS and CRM to providing accurate data and reporting
3 years corporate recruiting/Human Resource experience
Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Strong understanding and ability to source at all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
Intermediate knowledge of boolean search functions
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt quickly
Detail-oriented and organized
Team player and positive attitude
