Job summary
The Technical Operations Liaison will be a liaison between the technical teams and the Director of Technology. Gain a broad understanding of ProviNET*s teams by overseeing the day to day operational tasks. Along with the Director of Technology, assist in supporting and improving our departments, technologies and processes.

Summary of essential job functions
* Coordinate and manage details of technical projects as assigned
* Document and track bugs in software developed by both Systems and Web Development Teams
* Serve as a point of contact for engineering and development projects
* Track status of various projects and summarize for efficient reporting
* Communicate with customers regarding the status of tracked projects
* Beta test software and applications developed by both systems and web development teams
* Assist in developing and maintaining a product roadmap for in-house ticketing system.
* Maintain and prioritize a list of software feature requests and bug fixes
* Monitor and report on time requirements or limitations associated with specific projects
* Assist in scheduling and tracking of staff time
* Monitoring, alerting and reporting of key team metrics to Director of Technology
* Hold regular status update meetings with key team members
* Work with customers in an outsourced capacity to manage projects and implementations
* Assist in maintaining in house documentation systems
* Assist in management of team technical certifications and vendor relationships
* Other duties as assigned
