Brief Description of Role
: We are looking for someone with strong PM skills (Waterfall and Agile) with a good technical background.
This person should be capable of driving a geographically dispersed team (up to 20 members) towards delivering complex solutions for our clients. Previous development experience in Java J2EE and Oracle would be an added bonus.
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree and PMP certified.

If consultants have project and join Petra (or) consultant get project by themselves - 82% on W2 on the bill rate with no benefits and on 1099 its 92% on bill rate.
If Petra get project for Consultants - 80% on W2 on the bill rate with no benefits and on 1099 its 90% on bill rate.If Consultants need any benefits then Petra can provide and deduct at actual from their payroll
