Mitchell Martin Inc., a privately held staffing firm based out of New York is in the midst of tremendous growth, and with that is looking to aggressively hire talented and motivated recruiters to join their team! We are expanding our geographic footprint in response to several new clients and business that has recently come our way!

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to understand and capture client specific requirements
Sourcing Qualified Candidates for Available positions
Work with Sales Team and Delivery Managers to identify the right Candidates
Screen and Interview all potential Candidates
Assign technical Tests to Candidates as needed
Get References for all Candidates
Maintain proper documentation at all times
Prepare resumes for presentation to Clients
Prepare and Debrief Candidates before and after interview
Utilize LinkedIn and other Social Media Sites for hiring Candidates and promoting MMI
Post Ads Regularly
Actively Participate in our Retention Program and meet Retention Goals
Building Relationships- Meet Candidates Face to Face as often as possible
Continue to build database of Consultants and keep them active
Build and maintain relationship with own database of vendors/ suppliers based on specific/ niche skills sets
Follow MMI “Best Practices”
Promote and maintain a positive image of MMI
Understand KPIs and strive to meet and exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals
Desired Skills & Experience
Required Skills:
2 yrs of proven success in the Information Technology Staffing Business (filling contract, staff augmentation, and direct hire positions)
Deep understanding of various technologies and technology roles (.NET, Java, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Project Management, Datawarehousing, etc.)
Strong ability to interpret job descriptions swiftly in order to run searches
Extensive experience with the full recruitment lifecycle (source/recruit and ultimately close on an opportunity)
Extensive experience utilizing various applicant tracking systems
