This individual will be the main person responsible for helping to bridge the gap between traditional development and a designer. With an eye for design, this individual is an expert developer of front-end applications working on web, desktop and mobile devices. The right candidate is customer focused and gets energy from problem solving and teaming with others on projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and develop industry proven user experience, design and architecture for web-based application across multiple platforms, including tablet, mobile and desktop devices.
Work closely with product management, internal users and technical staff to understand product requirements then translate to technical specifications, prototypes, page designs, and maintain best practices.
Code, test, develop and troubleshoot healthcare related practice management web-based application.
Identify work packages to be iteratively developed and validated by key stakeholders.
Work side by side with engineering team to iteratively develop, receive, validate and integrate new web-based application.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years’ experience .net developing and web based application design across multiple platforms, including mobile, desktop and web.
Deep knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript especially in how these technologies enhance the
user experience through responsive design and semantic markup
Experience working for a company delivering a SAAS or BPO solution is also desirable
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C#, ASP.NET
Expert in front-end development, including HTML5, Javascript, CSS3, XML, Media query, jquery, etc...
Ability to bring the user experience to the forefront throughout the development cycle.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills in a dynamic group environment.
Very strong client side development skills a must.
