Responsible for tracking and analyzing usage data across multiple online experiences.
Responsible for creating timely reports that paint a clear picture of customer success using our web self-help portals,
In Product Help and other internal tools. An important part of this role is identifying hot spots across our customer touchpoints, and suggesting ways to address those problems.
Must also coordinate across business units and other analysts to help us understand customer usage across a complex ecosystem.
Expertise in using Google Analytics and SiteCatalyst are essential; knowledge of Inquira analytics a plus.
Ability to work with product development in implementing better analytics also a big plus.
Must have:
Google Analytics - expert level experience
Omniture SiteCatalyst - expert level experience
Business Objects - intermediate level experience
Building reports - intermediate experience
Desirable / Nice to have:
Inquira, Flurry and Actionable Analytics
