Primary responsibilities include:
Front-end web / GUI development using JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
Backend data management using SQL Scripts and Queries
Enhancing an Enterprise management system based on the ServiceNow cloud platform
Some ETL capabilities to process business-driven data
Web services integration with other existing enterprise systems
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Application Developer II is responsible for object-oriented applications programming in the custom application development environment including software installation, configuration, modification, troubleshooting, security, resource monitoring, and the development of specialized programs in any object programming language used by the enterprise.
Develop custom applications, services and components
Unit test individually assigned code
Participate in daily SCRUMS for status and project direction
Other Functions:
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
May assist in other related departments as required by business needs
Requirements:
Demonstrable analytical capability
Minimum 1 year of broad-based experience JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
Minimum 2 years of front-end web IU programming experience
Minimum 1 year experience in object-oriented programming
Minimum 2 years SQL Query development / scripting
Familiarization with common design patterns
High capacity for learning
Demonstrable knowledge of object-oriented techniques
Demonstrable knowledge of development-oriented database concepts
Highly collaborative
Ability to maintain confidentiality
