The forecast Analyst will be a key contributor to the overall performance of the operation. The analyst will be responsible for providing business insight on call volume trending, staffing recommendations and performance. The analyst will be responsible for providing forecasts and planning support while partnering closely with the business stake holders and Finance to align budget and forecast to actuals.
Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data
Review the analysis and interpretation of others work
Oversee ad hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis
Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in business / finance analysis
1 years of experience with SQL
5 years of experience using a workforce management system
3 years of demand planning and forecasting experience in a call center
Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting
Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
